  Texas Trax On Line Production

Musicians with home recording capability can get a professional quality production of their songs on-line at a fraction of the cost.

How it works

• Send mp3 files of you home recordings (email attachment or url link) to:  

• In your email, include a brief description of what you want, eg. tracks added, complete musical arrangement for you to sing to,  mix and master of tracks you supply, or mastering only of your stereo mix.

• I will evaluate your song, and considering your requests (tracks added etc.) quote you a price for the complete production.

• After an agreement is reached, I begin working on the production, and when completed you will be sent a hi-fi mp3 sample for approval.

• After payment is received, you will get the complete hi-fi mp3 file and a CD master mailed to your address.

• Duplications with labels and jewel case inserts will be offered at extra cost.

Note:

Only traditional genres will be considered for production when I am requested to add tracks or do an arrangement. (such as country, gospel, easy listening, and classic rock.). Any genre will be considered for a mix and master where you supply all the tracks.

Guidelines:

Mp3 files you send that are intended to be included in the final mix must be of good quality, and encoded at 128kbs or higher.

Each part intended to be included in the final mix should be sent as a separate mp3 file and (if possible) with a pre-count click so that I can align them perfectly in the multi-track recorder that I use for mixdown.

If all you want is mastering of your stereo mix, no pre-count is necessary. Relative levels of different parts can not be changed but the overall mix will be enhanced and mastered at the optimum level for radio play.
